Our Return Policy

We are a small family business, and we greatly appreciate your business. We strive to create a simple and fair return policy that we can afford since we are not a large company.

Free return shipping and refunds are available for damaged or defective items. You have 30 days to initiate a return with us. Please email info@chathamhomeindy.com with your order number and pictures of the damage. The sooner you reach out to us, the easier it will be for us to claim the damage with our shipping company.

If you are unhappy with your purchase for any other reason, please send the item back to us and we will refund the original method of payment once we receive the item (shipping charges are non-refundable). You may also return your purchase in-store.

Shipping and Pick Up

Shipping: We are closed Monday and Tuesday so we pack orders on Wednesday through Saturday. We strive to pack and ship the same day.

Small Item Curbside/In-store Pick up: If you select to pick up an item and order while we are closed, we will likely not have your item(s) ready right when we open so please allow us some time to prepare your order. If you want to pick up the same day give us a call before placing your order to assure that we can accommodate you. You will receive an email notification when your item(s) are ready.

Large Item Pick-up: Please call in advance to schedule. Sometimes we only have one person working who may be physically unable to prepare the item for pick-up. We may require you bring extra help to load the item into your car. We are not responsible for loading but we will help if we can.
